REQUIREMENT:


Natural – 5 years
Natural Construct – 5 years
ADABAS – 5 years
Predict – 5 years
EntireX – 2 years
Citrix – 2 years
Knowledge of child welfare information system requirements and/or familiarity with social services related applications is a plus
Troubleshooting skills
Preferred: ability to perform DBA duties


Duties for each will include, at minimum
Batch and adhoc reporting requirements according to agency standards;
New development;
Data cleanup resolutions;
Unit testing;
User support, on-call support, maintenance and bug fixes;
Analysis and system design documentation
On-call support;
Advanced Natural Construct developer;
Expert technical documentation;
DBA work; and
Other duties that may be assigned.





Excellent Communication is a MUST
