Role: NOMAD Application Developer

Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for NOMAD Developers for its direct Client to provide specialized software development services in Springfield, IL.

Responsibilities:-
1. Our Client is seeking a NOMAD developer to provide specialized software development services for their NOMAD-based applications such as HRI (Employee system), TKS (Timekeeping system) and Claims.
2. The candidate needs to perform maintenance and project tasks as well as mentor Department Staff to allow for a smooth “hand-off” at contract termination.
Requirements (MUST HAVE):-
1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in development/programming experience with NOMAD programming language.
2. Five (5) years of experience in:-
- NOMAD databases.
- NOMAD windows and Screens on-line environments.
- Time series arrays and date/time functions within NOMAD environments.
- NOMAD reporting.
- NOMAD in an IBM VM environment.
- Knowledge and experience with File Transfer Protocol.
3. Two (2) years of experience in:-
- Elicitation of business requirements from business users.
- Writing requirements documentation and/or user stories.
- Developing and executing test plans.
4. Must have a bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields such as Accounting or Mathematics, or the knowledge, skill and workplace experience equivalent to four (4) years of college and coursework in the aforementioned subjects.
5. Effectively communicate with business users and IT staff.
