Job Description:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study
Ability to create test strategies, document test plans and test cases based on analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, and design documents
Very strong testing and QA related background – ISTQB Foundation Certification a Plus
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in testing of Software applications
Familiar with Test Management System. Great proficiency in test case writing and management
Experience on CRM tools like Oracle CX and
Strong background in writing automation frameworks for integration and end-to-end testing
Experience in working with Agile methodologies
Self-motivated and able to work with teams across geography and work in a dynamic environment
Hands on experience in Block box testing and API testing
Ability to identify, debug and clearly articulate software defects
Good to have automation experience using HP UFT
Good to have Performance Testing Knowledge using Load Runner and Oracle Application Testing Suite(OATS)


To understand client requirements and propose & deliver technical solutions (1 To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages (2 To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (3 To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements (4 To participate in team meetings (5 To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
