1 - QA and Automation Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6+ Months

Duties and Responsibilities
Guidelines:
Technical Delivery Leadership for Automation Projects
Architect, Design, Review, Assess and Rationalize Automation Frameworks and Tools
Review, Assess and provide recommendations for QA process improvement
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, report and interface with senior QA leadership
Able to drive results and overcome obstacles and bottlenecks
Lead and mentor a team of Automation Developers
Delivery process and metrics definition and implementation
Provide expert technical opinion on Automation design and strategy
Help troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, dependencies and design for sustainability
Able to work collaboratively with other teams (QA, BA, Dev, Infra, Ops, Business, etc)
Qualifications
REQUIRED: 5+ years of automation design and development experience in UI and web services automation
REQUIRED: Advanced knowledge of automation frameworks of various types
REQUIRED: 5+ years of leading a small technical delivery team
REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience using Selenium Web Driver (or other derivatives) and Web Services automation tools (i.e. SOAP UI Pro)
REQUIRED: At least 5+ years developing in Java and Web Services (XML, JSON)
REQUIRED: At least 3+ years’ experience in Jenkins for Release / Workflow Automation or similar Continuous Integration experience
ADVANTAGE: Any other automation framework and tool experience will be an advantage
ADVANTAGE: Having performance testing experience will be an advantage
ADVANTAGE: Other testing skills such as Performance, Interoperability, Compatibility, Usability, Security, etc.
Sr. Automation Engineers
C2C Rate: $45

Architecture and Development of Automation Frameworks for UI and Web Services, at the minimum
Design and Development of Automated Regression suites for UI and Web Services, at the minimum
Design and Implementation of a Continuous Integration Test Framework (via Jenkins)
Able to drive results and overcome obstacles and bottlenecks, manage dependencies and be creative in solving issues
Lead and mentor more junior developers, or train client users for testing
Provide expert technical opinion on Automation design and development
Setup and Configure Test Environments and Tools related to automation
Help troubleshoot automation issues and design for sustainability and maintenance
Able to work collaboratively with other teams (QA, BA, Dev, Infra, Ops, Business, etc)
Qualifications :
REQUIRED: 5+ years of test automation framework design and development experience in UI and web services
REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience using UI and Web Services Automation Tools (Selenium/QTP/UFT/RFT/TestComplete, SoapUI/ParaSoft)
REQUIRED: At least 5+ years developing in Java and Web Services and knowledge in development tech stacks (Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB 3.0, Struts, SOAP and RESTful Web Services, Maven, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, XML, JSON, Databases, Junit)
REQUIRED: At least 5+ years’ experience in Jenkins for Release / Workflow Automation or similar Continuous Integration experience
