Job Description
To assist in the development of system requirements for application systems with emphasis on:
Meeting with users to define information requirements and rules governing it
Completion of all detailed data and reporting requirements
Assisting developers in data mapping and in creating data models
Conducting System QA processes
Compiling all system and technical documentation; and assistance with:
o Writing requirements
o Creation of detailed use cases
o Writing test plans
o Writing and executing test cases
o Support the development of end-user training materials and end-user documentation
o Prepare and deliver presentations for training and as required by Project Manager
o Providing operations support
o Participating in product deployment

Job Description
Provide business and software system requirements management expertise
Partner with business users to understand needs and translate those needs to clear and testable business requirements
Author business requirements
Partner with IT technical teams to translate business requirements into software system requirements
Author software system requirements
Author clear test plans, cases, and scripts
Execution of test scripts following good documentation practices
Coordinate system and user acceptance testing execution activities and ensure quality testing documentation
Collaborating with other areas of IT (e.g. infrastructure or integration teams) to ensure complete solution
Drive customer satisfaction by meeting commitments in terms of quality, timing, costs through effective delivery of services provided by IT
Follow Biogens system development lifecycle (SDLC)
