Job Roles and responsibilities
1. Should have minimum of 12 years of experience as a Mortgage Domian
consultant / Business Analysts
2. Should have worked extensively on Origination, Servicing and Default
Servicing
3. Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business needs in
the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional
Specification Documents (FSD)
4. Identify and define current ''as is'' processes across various business
units and prepare recommendations for process improvement and redesign to
account for the project/business requirements
5. Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis and review it with business
SMEs. Document, distribute and present the issues and remediation to
management.
6. Participate in design formuation and review and serve as a liaison
between all stakeholders
7. Work with the development team to clarify doubt as and when they come up
8. Design standard and customized reports to meet management requirements
9. Help review Test Strategy, Test cases and Success Criteria for SIT
10. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT)
11.Participate and/or facilitate end user acceptance testing (UAT) and
training
12. Closely coordinate with the Project Manager on implementation tasks and
timelines
13. Validate rules, custom settings, and security check in lower
environments
14. Work with stakeholders to obtain deliverable sign-offs
