Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a DBA
Have a minimum of 3 years experience with MongoDB
Experience with security practices and encryption highly preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience with sound technical design and documentation
Ability to research and document project design, architecture and implementation plans.
Multiple DBMS experience
Experience with MongoDB''s Ops Manager console
Experience in programming languages, shell script, Java & Python
