Job Description:
Delivery and lifecycle management of Mobile Services infrastructure that delivers productivity and business applications.
Responsible for completing assigned deliverables reporting directly to Mobile Service Owner/Project Manager.
Assist with development of Service Architecture / Support Model for new functionality, features, and/or applications as the Mobile Service offering continues to evolve.
Assist with resolution of escalated incidents and participate in problem management activities.
Ability to step-up and lead others to common goal of completing project deliverables.
Interact with Mobile Application Development teams to help ensure their success in delivering quality applications to end-users.
