Job Description :
We're looking for a MDM Team Lead to join a global apparel and footwear company in Greensboro, NC. This person will be the Key Technical Liaison between business units and the Mobile Device Management Team. They will Develop/Maintain system documentation, team processes, troubleshoot guides & articles, and the communication of evolving mobility practices.

If you have 5+ years of experience serving as the Technical Lead & Subject Matter Expert for the Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), this is a great opportunity to work with MDM platforms and lead a team to success!

As the MDM Team Lead, you will:

Develop, recommend and implement operational techniques and methodologies which assure full use of mobile systems and devices adhere to corporate & security policy
Ensure mobile implementations are in line with industry best practices, corporate policies, and standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop distinctive and innovative mobile solutions.

Responsible for the operational health of the MDM platform to include maintenance and upgrades.
Ensure successful delivery of enterprise mobile applications to various device platforms including Apple IOS and Google Android.
Identify and implement process and system improvements
Maintain positive working relationship with all Brands and internal departments to optimize communications and productivity
Create reports detailing system metrics and device compliance for monthly governance review.
Serve as technical POC for cyber incidents involving the platform.
Be a mentor to junior associates.
Work independently while working with the client


Support:

Serves as Level 2 support for end-user support issues within established SLA’s
Deploy new MDM technologies and solutions as driven by internal architecture and engineering
Test and evaluate new mobile devices against enterprise systems
Configure, install, and modify mobile devices, coordinating with other technical support teams to ensure user satisfaction and device operability the scope of work can be a single device or a large-scale project involving many devices

Perform daily monitoring of mobility devices and systems
Administration of Apple Development portals (Developer, Enterprise Developer, and ITunes Connect)
Monitor vendor response performance to ensure that the user support is provided at optimal levels
Monitor, report, and provide data on new mobile technological trends


Job Requirements for MDM Team Lead:

5 consecutive years of Mobile Device Management system experience
Proven knowledge of all components of mobile technology and related applications/integration
Proven support and troubleshooting skills
Proven customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written, communication skills
Ability to balance multiple assignments on a daily basis
Project and time management skills

Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stress
Ability to apply quality control techniques and processes to daily activities
Strong understanding of application signing, certificate and provisioning profile creation, distribution, and management

Must be a self-starter that is able to take a project from initiation to completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent documented experience
