Job Description :
5+ years working experience and proficiency with mobile devices in a large enterprise
3+ years of Linux and C++ experience
Experience with mobile browsers specifically chromium
Effective working knowledge of smart phones, Android and iOS operating systems (OS), and mobile wireless telecommunications technology, including GSM/WCDMA/LTE.
Experience with end-to-end mobile enterprise architectures, including mobile infrastructure, remote network access, and identify management
Skills around how to leverage the RESTful web service APIs to enable developers to manage devices, users, and system properties.
3+ years working experience and proficiency with managing the Airwatch Mobile Device Management platform. Advanced knowledge of AirWatch Mobile Management Software.
Experience with supporting technologies and protocols including security, DNS, scripting, patching, Active Directory, LDAP, and group policies, pushing out profiles to mobile devices.
3+ years of Scripting in Strong hands-on experience with mainline programming and scripting languages Shell, Python, Ruby, Perl, Groovy
3+ years of Experience with networking concepts and technologies preferred, including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls
Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systematic approach. Knowledge and demonstrated use of scripting
Experience applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
Create and maintain process and procedures including but not limited to:
OS & Hardware Refresh Lifecycle
Procurement/Ordering Process
Preparation/Configuration Process
Distribution Process
Asset Management Process
Usage Policies
Support documentation
