Position : Mobile Development Senior

Position Description:
MPS - Smart Mobility is looking for specialty developers and designers that embrace Lean Agile and Extreme Programming practices. Analysts will work in small, cross-functional teams. They will collaborate directly and continuously with product managers and designers, and business partners to release early and often.
Skills Required:
Possess a Bachelor.s Degree or equivalent in a technically related field (i.e. computer science, engineering, IT, etc . 1 . 3 years. experience in a technical capacity preferred . Professional demeanor . Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications 2+ years experience leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project in Agile PDO structre. Ability to synthesize user stroies, maintain backlog, develop accepance criteria, obtain sign-off, conduct Agile ceremonies, document retrospection and follow-through on resoltruions and process inprovements. 2+ years experience developing Mobile applications and related customizations to model business processes. Experience in creating specifications for development teams, and managing the completion, testing and deployment of projects.
Experience Preferred:
Master"s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related. Strong Communications skills . oral and written communications, ability to illustrate and convey ideas and designs effectively with team and partners Presence - demonstrating confidence, ability to learn quickly, influence and shaping
