Job Title : Mobile Apps Business Analyst

Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
Summary:
Develops customer requirements for mobile applications running on Android, iOS, and other platforms. The key mobile application is the Guidanz Mobile App available on Google Play and the Apple Store
Responsibilities
Develops user stories through voice of the customer collection and translation and develops requirements to build a solution for the customer
Identifies risks through application of architectural views, functional allocation, functional decomposition, Failure Mode Effect & Analysis (FMEA), and action plans
Analyzes component supplier interfaces and identifies gaps and requirements to support changing needs.
Conducts market surveys / competitive studies for better alignment.
Leads structured problem solving with key stakeholders to resolve issues.
Fields questions from the customer, development, and test organizations and bridges the gaps in knowledge.
Capture voices and develop requirements using a structured methodology supporting an Agile development process.
Skills:
Toolset: PTC Integrity/Rational Clearcase/Rational ClearQuest
Proficiency with MS Office Professional: Visio, Access, Excel, Word.
Problem Solving: 7-step, FMEA, etc.
Documentation - requirements, boundary/context diagrams, flowcharts.
Understanding UX requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
Basic understanding of network protocols - HTTP/SFTP/CAN/SAE J1939/REST.
Dynamic and fast learner. Should be able to work with minimal guidance.
Excellent analytical skills; strong technical and communication skills; capability to be good team player.
Strong sense of ownership and drive.
Experience working with global teams.
