Job: Lead Software Engineer– Mobile Applications

Searching for a Lead Mobile Developer to work in a fact paced environment
Understands product requirements and ensures the design satisfies the application
Manages all aspects of the design and development process from concept, development and release
Manages an iterative development lifecycle (development, debugging, testing, deployment)
Keeps up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
Mentorship
Produces technical documentation
Contributes to best practices and team processes
Required Experience:
8-10+ years of software development experience
Help improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to our technologies and product in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience or willing to learn mobile DevOps, automated testing, and analytics
Advanced knowledge of application and data architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Works under minimal direction
Ability to quickly adapt
Must have at least 4 years working with Mobile Applications
4+ plus years of experience working on Agile projects
Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree and at least 6 years of experience.
Basic Skills:
Excellent communication skills mandatory
Technologies: Appcelerator experience preferred, Javascript, Java, REST, JSON, integration with third party libraries, SQL
Experience building mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills mandatory
Knowledge of software development lifecycle stages, with project planning experience
Ability to understand and work within team dynamics
Self-starter, works well with others
Ability to handle multiple assignments, tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience managing an offshore team
