Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for multiple job families within the Engineering function. He/she will be engaged in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging of research and/or product development functions in one or more of the following engineering disciplines: mechanical, and/or electrical.
Essential functions:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues.
Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
Act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation.
May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical systems
Mechanical engineering focus with some breadth in EE and programming
Strong analytical, statistics, and problem solving skills
Good experimental design fundamentals
Data analysis skills (Excel pivot tables, statistical decision making, clear presentation of conclusions)
Good computer skills fundamentals
Prefered:
Experience in printing systems
