Our client’s preference is for an IBM WebSphere Certified Professional that has experience establishing policies and procedures pertaining to webserver management, security, maintenance, and utilization preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Connect: Enterprise
Must Have’s include:
5 years of professional experience in WebSphere development, administration, and support on Windows platforms
Understanding of complex transmission environment components within Sterling File Gateway
Strong experience in the management of the Sterling File Gateway product in Windows environment
Building and supporting mailboxes within Sterling File Gateway
Tuning and optimizing aspects of the Sterling File Gateway in server environments
To be successful you must have excellent experience working as a Middleware Administrator in a WebSphere environment.
Building and supporting instances in WebSphere on UNIX and Linux OS platforms.
Support for Apache and Tomcat coupled with Apache and Tomcat instance implementation.
Implementing WebServer instances across multiple server platforms (including HA
Tuning and optimizing aspects of the WebSphere, Apache, and Tomcat server environments.
Understanding of complex High Availability environment component within WebSphere.
Unix Scripting languages.
