POSITION: Microstrategy Developer
LOCATION: Miami, FL

· 3-6 years development/support experience in Micro Strategy
· Must have expert level skills to write and understand complex SQL queries
· Strong analytical skills and ability to relate data to functional business domain
· Ability to progress independently and act proactively
· Communicate status, issues and solutions effectively to IT management and business
· Assign work to junior developers, track and ensure work gets done on time with quality
· Should have good knowledge of 10.2 and higher versions of Micro strategy.
· Strong knowledge on Micro strategy application architecture and applying business rules and data validations
· Extensive experience in end to end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, in the areas of scorecards, reports & dashboards developments
· Hands on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and complex user interface (dashboard) development in Micro strategy
· Must possess strong knowledge of SQL and databases
· Must possess good concepts in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing
· Experiencing sourcing data from disparate systems with a good understanding of their Data Models and ETL procedures
· Well versed with deployment methodologies.
· Evaluate new MSTR features, and provide direction to implement the same
· Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
