MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor''s degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field
? 5 years of systems design experience
? 8+ years of experience in technical roles; working with service based solutions, designing and working with enterprise implementations
? Candidates must have advanced understanding of the following: Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server products, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Group Policy, Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure SSO, server/client model, clustering, SQL and life cycle management platforms
? Hands-on design and implementation planning for Microsoft solutions including networking, security, governance and compliance solutions in Azure and Office 365
? Experience deploying and managing digital certificates and certificate authority
? Adapt and learn quickly; keeping pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in productivity, collaboration, and cloud
? Ability to balance multiple priorities in pressure situations
? Thorough knowledge of project management techniques and success factors
? Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. Able to manage the expectations of customers as well as influence senior stakeholders
? Experience of creating high quality documentation and solution architecture artefacts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Should have advanced understanding of Microsoft client and management platforms including Windows 10, SCCM, intune, WDS & WSUS
? Core competencies for this position also include effective time management, problem solving, customer focus, a drive for results, the ability to communicate effectively, teamwork and organization skills
? Certifications of interest (not required, but preference given):
o Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE or similar)
o Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
o TOGAF 9
o ITIL v3 FOUNDATION
