Job Description :
Architect and implement Office 2013 64bit and integrate with associated plugins.
Researching and developing standard configuration settings appropriate for each application.
Design associated infrastructure management components (AD configuration, Group Policy settings and systems management tools such as SCCM
Providing packaging teams with relevant information and liaison throughout the package creation process.
Development software integration lab test cases and test plans for each application, including automated and manual testing processes.
Assisting deployment project teams with defining user acceptance testing.
Assisting software distribution teams with the completion of the software release process following successful lab testing.
Building good relationships with internal IT teams such as networks, quality assurance, project management and operational support.
Creation and submission of required documentation, metrics and other reports associated with core applications.
Third level support for core applications, including:
o Coordination with operational support teams on open issues and investigations.
o Issue escalation to software vendors when appropriate.
o Developing fixes and updates with appropriate documentation.
