Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have the confidence that once they purchase licenses, the FTC will be their expert guides in enabling new productivity scenarios in Microsoft 365. The candidate will be responsible for articulating the value, prescriptive nature and long-term benefit of a standard onboarding experience via the FTC. Responsibilities include working directly with various enterprise customers, account teams along with partner personnel to facilitate a “One Microsoft” deployment approach via the Microsoft 365 FastTrack Center, educating the various team on the Microsoft 365 FastTrack Center Service Descriptions. The FTA will champion the vision and strategy for the FTC benefit, consistently engaging with customers, partners and field personnel to ensure the onboarding experience is focused on standard, outcome oriented activities
Competencies & Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 Planning and Deployment Experience with Enterprise customers
Knowledge of how to work with Microsoft Field Sales teams and partners in landing the Microsoft 365 platform with customers
Knowledge of scoping Microsoft 365 deployments and the FTC Benefit
8+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions
Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in "engaging virtual teams" with ability to influence others.
Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, customers, and product teams to ensure customer success
Comfort in discussing, understanding and contributing to the solution advancement of Microsoft software
Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science or 10 years equivalent work experience
