Position: Microsoft Exchange Support Consultant
Location: Nashville, TN 37203
Duration: 12 Months

This role is responsible for providing Level I Microsoft Exchange support.
The position will be responsible for handling Remedy incident tickets, setting up new users in Exchange, creating and maintaining shared distribution email groups, and assist with upgrades to application or hardware if needed.
The position also assist the help desk with creating new documentation and updating existing when needed.
While the position is primarily level 1 support for Exchange they will act as a backup for other Help Desk duties.
Agent will review Remedy request tickets and complete them as assigned.
They will also review and respond to any emails received for exchange support.
Working hours are 8:00 - 5:00, however flexible. Cannot come in any earlier than 7:00, though.

Microsoft Exchange 2010+ knowledge required but experience preferred.
A 4-year college or university degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years exempt experience in information services preferred.
Help desk experience preferred.
Strong problem solving skills, strong work ethics, strong communication skills, ability to work with little direction.
