Job Description:
The Microsoft Exchange Administrator is responsible for standardizing the tasks and steps across the multiple accounts within a pool or pod while providing, coaching and also mentoring junior team members. Creating documents and scripts to be used in order to solve the problems in the future. Assigned in discussing issues and challenges, and also receive trouble-shooting input advice from the other team members. This position is very expansive and additional duties are also added.

Tasks:
Provide day to day prime and non-prime on-call administration non-prime can support in a Microsoft exchange environment.
Responsible for supporting assigned systems and also in installing applications.
Manage the development, and also implementing new services and testing assigned servers.
Maintaining the production schedules, software and hardware diagnostic. Also assigned in maintenance of server software versions.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills:
Ability to implement and manage Exchange 2016.
Ability of an independent operation also required.
Support, administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to use all office equipment. Proficiency with computer applications including: Microsoft Office.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Effective organizational skills a must.

Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, or any other related field
4-6 years’ experience in MS server administrator role and experience of Exchange 2016.
Knowledge of HIPAA rules

Microsoft Exchange Server Certification
Microsoft MCSE productivity
Microsoft MCSE messaging certifications.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently move, stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. The noise level of the work environment is quiet to moderate.
