Job Title: Microsoft AX Business Analyst

Job Description:
Microsoft AX Business Analyst is responsible for functional and technical support of the Dynamics AX platform. This position will play a key role in analysis, design, develop solutions using best practices; implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Analyze, scope, architect, and deliver integrated, scalable ERP solutions mainly based out of Microsoft Dynamics AX Platform
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Identify, understand, and define business requirements to provide effective solutions.
· Design and document functional requirements, workflow, and system specifications.
· understand business processes, map and configure the requirements in AX.
· Develop, customize forms in AX, and writing SQL queries to fetch data extracts.
· Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users.
· Participates on all stages of the SDLC (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment)
· Enforces processes and policies regarding Production deployments for the ERP platform
· Design interfaces to integrate various systems with AX
· Works with multiple departments to launch new initiatives
· Knowledge/experience in the areas of Manufacturing & Supply Chain are required.
Experience and Education:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Experience with the most recent versions of Dynamics AX 2012 and experience implementing ERP solutions (Oracle, PeopleSoft) a plus.
