Client is looking for one MicroStrategy Production support experienced candidate.

Experience with MicroStrategy Query trouble shooting, Performance Tuning using Very Large Data Base (VLDB) settings.

Work as the Application Support lead and own the deliverables from BI Support team.

Analyze day to day production issues reported by business and BSMs. Provide work arounds or permanent code fixes to resolve issues.

Assist the business and BSA with adhoc and standard service requests that will involve complex analysis in Micro strategy.

Work on Problem tickets and Change tasks submitted by multiple stake holders.

Analyze the performance and system capabilities continuously to identify and implement Continuous Service Improvements into the system.

Coordinate and manage the offshore tasks and review their deliverables to ensure quality.

Work with the Development team on any questions or suggestions about the existing system functionalities.

Review and approve code changes made by development team to ensure that quality of code and deliverables are met before production roll outs.
