Job Description :
Manage Office 365 Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments
Be the highest level of support for the Messaging/AD team
Troubleshoot complex Messaging and Microsoft authentication issues; work with Microsoft Support as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Troubleshoot authentication issues related to AD, Web Application Proxy (WAP)/Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD (AAD), and AAD Connect
Support Public Folders and mail-enabled objects including domain accounts, groups, and contacts
Collaborate with IT Security to work on Incident Response cases; obtain message trace logs, Exchange audit logs, AD/ADFS logs, and any other available messaging logs for IT Security
Administer all messaging related systems including appliances/software such as Barracuda, FireEye EX, Sophos, Cisco Secure Email, F5 LTM, VMware, and any new servers/cloud services/appliances that are introduced into the environment
Process messaging and AD related ServiceNow tickets
Participate in incident and change management processes
Create change requests and attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) to obtain approval for all changes
