Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads internal projects and coordinate activities with internal staff,
external vendors, outside departments, divisions and groups within the
company.
Leads transition of newly implemented solutions over to steady state
operations team
Contributes to the development of and implement tactical and strategic
plans for supporting the company''s Messaging infrastructure.
Identifies potential areas for improving processes/procedures, server
configurations and server images.
Contributes to the development of, maintenance of and adherence to system
standards, policies, procedures and documentation to support consistency and
compliancy requirements for corporate initiatives, operational objectives
and service level agreements.
Performs other related duties as required.
Education/Experience:
5+ years of administration experience with Microsoft Exchange
Mid to large IT enterprise experience
Bachelor''s degree in an IT-related discipline - preferred.

Including, messaging protocols, such as EWS and Active Sync

Proficiency with network protocols and infrastructure concepts.

range of contacts from technical staff to senior management.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent
