Experience with Exchange, Skype For Business On-prem and O365 Hybrid setup
Experience in ADConnect, ADFS, MS In-Tune and O365 Migration tools.
Experience in MDM /MAM Softwares, SMTP Relay and UCC softwares
Experience in Exchange hybrid deployment, customized gateway solution(hybrid and cloud based)
Well versed with ITIL Support processes
Good Communication Skills
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
