Medical Complaints Handling Manager
Location:- Waukegan, IL
Rate:50/hr C2C
Duration: 6+ months
Job Details:-
5 years’ Experience required Medical Devices.
Hands on experience in Medical Complaint Handling.
Analyzing and investigate medical device complaint information to ensure complaints are adequately addressed in a timely manner.
Processing the Staging Record and Product Event.
Evaluates all complaint related information to ensure appropriate Analysis, Investigation, Root Cause, Technical, Clinical, and Quality Engineering Review, and any appropriate actions are undertaken and documented.
Collaborate with other groups such as engineering. Clinical, medical safety and regulatory to ensure a thorough and accurate complaint investigation and MDR decisions.
