Job Summary:
The Measurement and Analysis Engineer will be responsible for working with team of engineers responsible for establishing Model-Based-Design processes and methods, oriented to the implementation of high-quality, safe, and efficient production-level software.

Responsibilities:
The Engineer will focus on best-practices for Model Design, Software implementation through autocodingand frameworks for automation, Style Guides and Model checking, build common libraries of functionality, and other MBD-related areas.
The MBD methodology responsibility will span across all of Powertrain controls areasand address both major MBD toolchains present today in Powertrain.
Engineer will be responsible for processing, methods and tools to effectively manage ECU processing and memory resources, including measuring methods and activities, budget establishment and management, working with development teams to identify and implement optimizations and developing necessary tooling automation.
Engineer is responsible for working closely with cross functional team of systems, controls and calibration groups to ensure Simulink models meets compliance and work with extended team in ensuring optimization techniques are implemented.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited University
Minimum of 2 years'' experience in software development
Experience in simulation and understanding of impact in embedded system
Experience in MATLAB/Simulink/State flow modeling
Experience in scripting languages (such as MATLAB scripting and Python)
Self-starter and motivated to produce results
Ready to learn new engineering tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Forward thinking and progressive in model based development processes and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in Engineering or MBA degree
Knowledge of auto code generation and/or embedded coder.
Knowledge of AUTOSAR work flow, configuration tools, and standards
Familiar with IBM ALM, Configuration Manager and model compliance tools
Familiar with Agile Methodology
