Experience in Business Functionality analysis with all stake holders(Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Safety, HR and Inventory
Identify the Functional improvement and customization/configuration required.
Conducting Workshops for Business process and requirement gathering from stakeholders.
Performing Requirement analysis, FRs, NFRs generation, Use case preparation, estimation preparation and Risk analysis.
Prepare and present short term POC and Consultancy on Maximo solution.
Maximo Workflow design, Application designer, Migration manager, Maximo Integration frame work and Maximo configurations.
Experience on Industry specific ITEM codification, Asset codification, Location codification and service catalog, Maximo Financial, Inventory management, Asset Rotation, and other modules (Preventive maintenance, Routes, Planning & Work assignment ) , etc"
