Project Manager
Location: San Jose
Duration: 4 + months (could turn into something longer term)

Looking for mgmt. consulting experience for a couple key skills: problem solving, knows how to use data to answer questions, experience gathering data and gleaning insights from it, putting together presentation with a cohesive message and problem / solution framing, ability to hop from one project to another, and managing multiple projects all at the same time.

Project Manager role – high impact projects, dealing with executive level. their current VP, Strategy and Execution will be going out on maternity leave in a few months and wants to get a temp replacement to cover while she is out. However, for the right person, this could turn long term.

Temp Resource – Corporate Strategy Execution

Key Requirements:
Experience with working closely with CEO / executive teams and senior leadership teams.
Project management (program management) of large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional projects.
Experience with using data, metrics, and business analytics to frame decisions and drive decision-making. Past experience using Oracle EDR or Salesforce Analytics a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate and develop relationships with team members to deliver results.
Management consulting or financial services experience a plus
MBA, PMP certification, change experience management a plus
Team player: Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Innovative, resourceful, and scrappy
Organized: Ability to create structure when there is none, and innate attention to detail

Works closely with the executive group, all around execution strategic projects, cross functional (high impact), not just focused on one area. Even planning, meetings with other vendors, strategy analysis, how they were able to get data metrics. Quarterly business reviews, presentation.
PMP, MBA (not mandatory)
5 years’ experience with large impact projects
