Job Description :
Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Summary:
Perform the estimating, procurement, invoice processing and reporting functions associated with marketing print initiatives as well as support the Marketing Print Manager and Senior Marketing Print Manager. Coordinate paper and print directives with printers, paper mills, warehouses, distributors, and internal departments. Manage the essential activities to select the appropriate products, issue purchase orders, forecast production and product allocations.

Requirements:
2-5years increasingly complex experience marketing, project management, or print management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge of advertising and marketing principles, processes and concepts to achieve objectives
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Ability and willingness to continue education, as necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel independently (15%)

Prefered:
Bachelor’s Degree in business communications, or related field
Technical understanding of print processes, color management, and paper properties
Experience specific to expense/capital category responsibility
Understanding of the fundamentals of procurement, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing activities, or related courses
Experience in creating a RFI, RFQ and RFP
Experience with Ariba Network and Paper Manager systems
