Our client, is the world's largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished Marketing Manager.

Seeking a high-potential Marketing Manager candidate with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical experience and a good understanding of multichannel marketing.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of multichannel programs designed to educate physicians on appropriate use of assigned brand. Developing and implementing DTP programs will also be a core responsibility of the successful candidate.
The Marketing Manager will also assist with the integration of multichannel physician programs within the field force. This will help to enhance the integrated marketing capabilities.
Plan, execute, and analyze digital and traditional media marketing campaigns designed to reach and engage target Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients.
Collaborate with brand team to translate tactical marketing plans into engaging digital campaigns for physicians and emotional campaigns for patients.
Successfully partner with creative agencies, MAC, brand and IS teams to develop HCP and patient content for distribution via various channels. These channels include print, video, email, e-detail, banners, etc.
Partner with field force to integrate multichannel marketing programs into field promotional efforts.
Partner with HCP and DTP media buying agency partners to develop both broad-reaching and targeted media plans.
Manage campaign development timelines, budgets and performance to deliver on brand strategic imperatives.
Assist with HCP targeting and segmentation strategies.
Partner with multichannel marketing analytics team to continuously optimize campaigns.
Managing label changes for affected MCM/DTP pieces.
Prepare reports for key stakeholders on multichannel campaign performance.
Be a champion for multichannel physician and patient innovation within the client.

Candidates should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of managing complex projects. Prior experience in Oncology Marketing is preferred.
3+ years of pharmaceutical experience prior marketing/digital marketing background in Oncology.
Experience with multichannel campaigns and a mix of traditional and digital media channels is preferred.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating legal/regulatory/medical processes.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills as demonstrated by a proven ability to analyze business problems are required.
The ability to develop appropriate strategies to drive results will be critical for success.
The candidate will possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
