Description:
Work with A&C/Channels Organization, Marketing and Finance teams to execute and manage back office operational tasks
Responsible for all levels of reporting: budget management, open purchase orders, invoices, PO closure, detailed and executive reporting
Daily use of Excel plus Client systems and tools including Cloud Finance, MRM, GMSS and SI/BI Tools
Request and manage purchase orders, including related documents and workflow
Work with internal stakeholders and partners to collect Proof of Performance Materials
Work with internal tools and key stakeholders to collect Return on Investment data
Accept invoices upon validation of POP; release payment to partners/vendors
Creating spreadsheets and tracking projects through their lifecycle
Understanding Client ''s policies and guidelines for use of Marketing funds and ensuring compliance

QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum 3 years of finance or sales operation experience; · Skilled in project management, organizational and written/verbal communication skills; · Must be proficient with Excel including merging of multiple reports, creating validation checks for data quality/integrity; creating charts and graphs · Strong attention to detail · Works well independently with the ability to maintain close relationship with team
