The Role
The Display Programmatic Specialist is tasked with managing the display programmatic and real-time bidding advertising of client''s and its various entities in the US, Canada and Europe. The right individual will manage a large number of concurrent campaigns with full responsibility of budget, performances and goals.

We own a variety of areas including search engine marketing & optimization, affiliate marketing, partnership relations, display advertising, real-time bidding, mobile and social marketing and data analytics. The Global Display Marketing team owns the areas of display real-time bidding and programmatic buying across North America and Europe.

Primary Job Responsibilities
You will need to demonstrate hands on experience managing multiple direct response campaigns simultaneously and a deep understanding of ad-technology, ad-serving, real-time bidding, programmatic display, and optimization of campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage in-house trading of programmatic and real-time bidding performance display campaigns (campaign set up, execution, optimization and reporting)
Day by day optimization of the campaigns based on results
Produce clear and detailed reporting on channel/campaign/test performance analysis, leading to data driven decisions that drive business results
Work in parallel on multiple DSPs and allocate the budget across the DSPs to maximize the performance of the campaigns
Work closely with the Display Programmatic Lead to ensure that a “test-measure-learn” approach is applied to new and existing campaigns
Maintain and develop key relationships across internal teams: product, CRM, display country managers
Stay on top of programmatic industry trends

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years’ experience. At least 1year of Programmatic or real-time bidding trading experience
Hands-on experience optimizing online digital campaigns within any DSP (Demand Side Platform)
Experience working in a Campaign Manager, Programmatic Manager or Ad Operations role
A sound understanding of direct response metrics and measuring campaign ROI and a proven track record in assessing tangible business results from direct response campaigns
Aptitude for employing a test & learn approach, managing data and running analysis
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation tools
Project and campaign management skills
A natural ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally and within a team
Deep understanding of display programmatic industry and trends
Requesting testing of basic excel knowledge.
Open through end of year with possibility of extension into 2019.
