JD:-
- Define the Marketing Cloud Architecture
- Define the approach to integrating with Sales and Service Cloud
- Determine the best approach to triggering and executing Marketing Communications from Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Understand the design of two-way texting within Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration layer
- Describe how to utilize Salesforce best practices to implement the requirements primarily through configuration and minimal custom development
- Develop the detailed System design Document
- Conduct design walkthroughs
- Conduct configuration/Code walkthrough
- Provide knowledge transfer to developers
Qualification:-
- 5+ years of ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud implementation experience
- Extensive experience architecting and building enterprise scale applications on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Extensive solution design experience documenting customer problems and software solutions using BRDs\FSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows, and mockups
- Practical experience with digital marketing software - email marketing, mobile (SMS, MMS, Push), web analytics, campaign management, and social media.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
