Job Title: Manual test lead
Location: Chicago, IL

Visa: USC, GC and H1B (Passport No Mandatory)

JD:
1. Hands-on QA professional with a minimum of 8+ years of testing experience working with Onshore/Offshore delivery model.
2. Able to estimate & conduct RCA for leaked defects.
3. Participate in Requirements meetings with BA and Stakeholders
4. Coordinate with Offshore teams
5. Good Working experiences (Minimum 2 year) is Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
6. Conduct through review of test artifacts prior to sharing to the customer
7. Good Experience on Test Lifecycle Management & Test Management tools such as Jira, ALM, TFS
8. Write, Peer Review Test cases and establish test coverage with requirements
9. Ensure Test Management process is established in the tool and maintain 100% status update for each sprint and releases.
10. Ensure effective process is implemented as agreed on test strategy
11. Regularly Update Customer with release status, progress and risks
12. Provide mitigation & Contingency strategy on risk and share challenges
13. Generate and publish QA Metrics, daily, weekly status reports and share it with team and Aon Manager as agreed on the schedule
14. Take ownership on defect review and triage meetings, share preventive and corrective actions
15. Take ownership on Automation Coverage, Execution and Performance Testing
