You will be the irreplaceable link between your client and the industry and you must be ready to adapt and evolve with changing situations and client demands.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader who can make a top-down entry in targeted accounts across the United States of America, in order to gain a strategic vendor position within 6-12 months, by leveraging differentiated offerings and combining process and technology. Responsibilities:
Make a top-down entry in targeted accounts across the United States of America
Gain a strategic vendor position in 6-12 months leveraging differentiated offerings combining process and technology with a specific focus on technology

Qualifications:
Global experience / mindset with relevant domain knowledge
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to influence C-suite clients
Strong experience in selling with focus on applicable domain
History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
History of successfully selling IT, outsourcing, process management and/or consulting services
A proven business development professional with executive presence, strong communication and presentation skills, and a drive for result

Desired skills:
Domain expertise in -
Seasoned hunter selling BPO Services, Analytics and Digital will be a plus
Experience and connects at CIO & MD level in some of the manufacturing accounts is required
Intellectual horsepower with relevant domain knowledge
Global exposure
Commercial savvy
Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO levels
Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders
Ability to build deep client partnerships
Ability to work in ambiguous environments
Hunger and drive from not only a Sales and Revenue Generation aspect, but also Brand Ambassadorship advocating in the marketplace for the Company
