Job Description:

Management Consultant. Business Process Manager needed to oversee the HR and Finance implementation of new ERP solution. This is a project specific role, fully dedicated to the Workday Implementation Program for 24 months. Responsible for ensuring the functional/business units deliverables are met as per project schedule for both the HR and Finance implementation. Participates in business process review sessions to ensure all Oakland County needs are identified. Coordinates with IT Project Manager and HR and Financial ERP Administrators and follows up/tracks project to ensure business units meet deliverables of data gathering, configuration, conversion, testing, training, etc throughout the project. Responsible for continuous communication between IT, business units, implementation vendor and other integration vendors to ensure success of the project. Knowledge of business processes including but not limited to budgeting, accounting, human resources, payroll, and purchasing (Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Learning, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Procurement, Planning, Projects, Grants Management, Core Financials, Expenses, Project Billing Must be able to quickly relate to Oakland County business processes in above areas and apply to Workday to ensure integrity and requirements coverage while identifying business process improvements. Ideal candidate has experience with Business Process improvement and Organizational Change Management on an ERP implementation. Prior government experience of a similar size is preferred. Experience with Workday a plus. PLEASE NOTE: This position will sit with the business department, not in IT.
