Job Description:
The worker designs, analyzes, develops, and implements computer applications using Go Anywhere MFT standard FTP servers and secure FTP servers using SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), SCP, and FTPS (FTP over SSL) protocols and other web-based technologies following a structured application development methodology. Worker is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation. Worker may assist customers with developing business requirements. Worker produces accurate time estimates for technical solutions, and recommends technical solutions and resolves issues.

II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
7 Experience with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) tools, standards and processes betweenclient and server on a computer network
7 Experience and skill in analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation
7 Ability to write, analyze and review complex software design solutions and development artifacts to ensure completeness, quality and compliance with standards and guidelines.
5 Experience performing or participating in unit testing, support system testing and user acceptance testing.
5 Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and ability to analyze SDLC processes for design and code.
5 Experience in conducting and performing formal peer reviews and validations and providing written feedback
5 Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
5 Extensive skill in analyzing problems and identifying effective solutions
4 Ability to work in a team environment and independently
4 Considerable skill in using a computer with various word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
4 Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business
4 Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy or deadlines
4 Skill in giving and following technical instructions
4 Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, software and terminology
