Job Description :
Role :

Responsible for global support of Mainframe and Batch processing, server operations, network operations, address monitoring, alerts and suppression requests.
Must be able to communicate well, will be responsible for running technical bridges used for troubleshooting.

Key Skills:

Mainframe and batch processing - CA-7 Preferred
Network - WAN troubleshooting/follow up and Circuit utilization
Customer service coordination and communication skills
L1 troubleshooting for Linux and/or Windows
Monitoring - ability to follow up and resolve issues, escalating exceptions as appropriate
