Work with Product Owner to understand business needs and prioritization of deliverables, schedule and budget of Data Center Operations moving DES Mainframe to Vendor hosted cloud based solution. Work with Agile Technology team, Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure teams and vendor partners to understand how the solutions will address business needs and to understand dependencies in the development effort. During project execution, manage to established expectations and provide updates accordingly. Work with Applications'' Product Owners to ensure requirements/User Stories are well-defined and have testable user acceptance criteria.

Review or create the Project Charter, Communications Matrix and RACI and ensure these are stored as per PMO expectations. Submit Project Investment Justification (PIJ) information, including project scope and deliverables, baseline schedule milestones, and cost plan to the governance group. Submit change requests when required. Identify risks and issues and outline mitigations and resulutions to ensure project success.
