Responsibilities & Skills:
Changeman usage experience, additional knowledge about change-man process
Required to have some basic understanding of SCM
Hands on development experience in mainframe - Familiar with all the operations done by SCM from development, build till production deployment and rollback
Experience with agile methodology and change management (ITIL framework) will be plus
