Role: Mainframe Lead
Work Location & Reporting Address: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Contract duration (in months): 6

* Just a developer , has no lead experience
* Only testing back ground or no development project background
* Had a few instance s of “ Bad communication skills “ not able to explain properly . Such people even if technically good are a challenge to place in client interacting roles .
What we require
* A Mainframe tech lead who has lead role exposure as well has worked on some development project . preferably someone who has more than 2-3 years in lead ril
* Has worked on COBOL and JCL
* Good communication skills
* Knowing RDZ will be an advantage .
