Description:
Qualifications Basic
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 2 years of experience with IT.
Preferred
· At least 2 years of experience in Mainframe Technology, COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, SAS.
· Experience in SPUFI, QMF, ENDEVOR, Platinum, CA 7,Changeman, FileAid, XPEDITOR, INTERTEST
· Experience in performing EXPLAIN on DB2 queries and suggest improvement
·Strong debugging skills and should able to resolve critical problems quickly.
· At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle. Agile methodology experience would be a plus.
· At least 2 years of experience in production support of Mainframe application
· Experience in handling critical triage calls, quick decision making ability and ability to perform in pressure scenarios
· Experience in Design and Architecture review.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Good Analytical and communication skills.
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
