2. Successful track record (5+ years) of having built and delivered enterprise tools using the following Mainframe technologies: Adabas Natural; Cobol; CICS; JCL; TSO; Endevor; CA7; CAVIEW; NDM; PEEK; TSQ;
3. Familiarity with File aid; VSAM; GDG; RACF; CICS/Web (Java) connectivity is not mandatory but highly desired
4. Good knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
5. Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
6. Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
7. Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
8. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
