Job Description :
Role:: Mainframe Developer.
Location:: Wilmington, DE.
Skill Sets::
1. Ability design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule in Agile/Scrum development methodologies using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability, at varying levels of complexity
2. Working hand in hand with Business and QA.
3. Proficiency with development using COBOL, CICS, VSAM, Z/OS, TSO, SQL, MVS JCL and DB2
4. Analysis and issue resolution.
5. Implementation validation.
6. Assembler is nice to have
7. Banking industry experience and credit card or payment systems experience in large scale/high volume industry is preferred
8. Good oral and written communication skills
9. Must work well either independently or as part of a team with a strong desire to excel
10. Good business knowledge of end to end Credit Card processing preferred
