Experience with Mainframe technology Cobol II, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS,
Understanding of Mainframe Architecture and various tools involved in mainframe.
Experience of working in Agile. Good understanding of SDLC and quality processes
Experience in taking transition from incumbent teams and streamlining deliveries
Domain understanding of Payments systems
Ability to lead onsite-offshore teams
Good to have
Should be having strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Good communication skills
