We have an urgent need for Mainframe Developer for our direct client.

Duration: 3 - 6 months
Location: Johns Creek, GA

Job Description:
Advanced knowledge of Mainframe based applications, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
Strong background in Mainframe platform, Cobol, CICS, proficient in application integration.
Expert Skills (Must have at least 8 year of experience) in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2 SQL, EZTRIEVE, Stored Procedures (Oracle), All IBM Utilities, ISPW, Intertest, Xpeditor, FileAid, TSO/ISPF/SDSF, MFT, Job Scheduling tools, MQ.
Should have more than 5 years expertise on System monitoring, On Call Production Support for infrastructure, L2, L3 support for TIBCO, EDI, Mainframe.
Worked on 24/7 Support model.
The ideal candidate should have the customer-facing skill, able to work independently with minimal supervision and Well Versed with working with offshore team and Multiculture Dynamic team environment.
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, testing, maintenance, and software improvement.
Will interact with the entire project team to understand requirements; recommend and provide guidance and implementation assistance; manage project schedules; and directing the efforts to the offshore team.
Experience in Agile s/w development methodology.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to create, maintain and enhance COBOL programs with Web Services.
Interprets Scope of Work, Interfaces with architects and client management to interpret technical/functional goals and objectives for the project.
