Job Description :
Mainframe Developer/ Lead/Analyst
Location : Raleigh,NC / Milwaukee/ Madison, WI

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in development, Requirements, testing, deployment of applications using PL/I mainframe, DB2, Mainframe Batch Jobs, JCL
At least 4 years of experience and understanding of PL/I mainframe is a huge plus
At least 3 years of experience Software Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
Strong understanding of common software development practices
Good Analytical skills
Knowledge of Mainframe batch job schedulers
Understanding and usage of UDB, SQL Server database
Understanding of IBM MQ or other messaging frameworks
Good to have experience in Insurance domain
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
