Preferred
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Mainframe Technologies – COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
At least 4 years of hands-on experience of tools like Endeavor, Expeditor
Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects
Experience in Healthcare Insurance domain with exposure to Claims and / or Enrollment area will be an added advantage
Experience of working on Legacy Modernization projects
Experience with project management tools like Planview, Microsoft Project
Knowledge of CMMi framework
Scrum Master certification is a huge plus
PMP certification is a huge plus
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
